Type Bianco: Chardonnay, 50-60%; Bombino and/or Sauvignon bianco and/or Trebbiano and/or Pinot bianco 40-50%.
Type Rosso: Cabernet Sauvignon, 50-60%, Sangiovese and/or Barbera and/or Merlot and/or Montepulciano, 40-50%.
Type Chardonnay: Chardonnay, 100%.
Type Cabernet Sauvignon: Cabernet Sauvignon, 85%; other local red varieties, up to 15%.
Type Sangiovese: Sangiovese, 100%.
Type Trebbiano: Trebbiano romagnolo, 85%; other local non-aromatic white varieties, up to 15%.
