The Norina Pez Estate is located in Dolegna del Collio, an area that is highly suited to wine-growing. Founded during the 1950s as q family business by Giovanni and Adriana Bernardis, it has remained exactly that today. Now it is grandson, Stefano, at the helm, aided by his family. Care and dedication is lavished on the wine's entire productive cycle, from the work in field, characterized by low yields, to vinification using only estate produced grapes.
