A journalist by education, Jeff become enamored with the emergence of the internet in 1995 and since then has spent the last 15 years in technology marketing and business development, never quite making professional use of that Journalism education.
A part of the leading edge in the changing dynamics of the Internet including digital eBooks (over 12 years ago!), eCommerce, and, more recently, social media, Jeff currently focuses on digital marketing strategy, project management, program development and business development as the Vice President of Client Services for The Basement Design + Motion (www.thebasement.tv), a nationally recognized digital design studio based in Indianapolis, IN.
Marrying his interest in technology and wine along with his long-lost Journalism degree, Jeff has published the award-winning, top 10 wine blog Good Grape (www.goodgrape.com) since 2005. A popular site for the trade and consumers, Jeff writes column-style four to six times a week about wine trends, marketing, consumerism and the wine business for wine enthusiasts.
In his spare time, Jeff spends time with his wife Lindsay and their dog Coco while ardently rooting for Notre Dame in football.
