  Stuffed pasta squares added to soups.

  Quail, a wild bird usually roasted or grilled.

  Tiny balls of leftover stuffing wrapped in scalded cabbage leaves, then fried.

  Lenten biscuits, usually made with ground almonds, sugar, vanilla and egg whites.
